Our Bruker-AXS D4-Endeavor is a
highly flexible X-ray Diffractometer, perfect for qualitative and
quantitative phase analysis. High precision 2-circle
goniometer and modern X-ray optics guarantee excellent analytical
results while a revolutionary sample handing device enables us to
run up to 66 samples without human intervention.

The LynxEye Detector is
a one-dimension silicon strip detector, drastically increasing the peak intensities,
and records a diffraction pattern in fraction of the time required
for a scintillation detector, with identical data
quality.

We utilize the latest version of Jade, v 7.5, for
pattern processing, phase identification and quantification. It
provides powerful functions such as searching and matching, peak profiling, and pattern
simulation.

Our procedure is based on numerous
research papers and modified by our clients' request to meet their
various needs. A typical bulk scan covers the range from 5° 2theta to
65° 2theta. Thus high angle peaks of 060 for
various clay minerals can be utilized for the polytype identification and
